Amending Law No. (15) of 2007

Establishing

Dubai Charitable Foundation for Women and Children[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of Law No. (15) of 2007 Establishing Dubai Charitable Foundation for Women and Children (the “Original Law”),

Do hereby issue this Law.

Article (1)

The phrase “Dubai Charitable Foundation for Women and Children”, wherever mentioned in the Original Law will be replaced with the phrase “Dubai Foundation for Women and Children”.

Article (2)

This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
