Amending Law No. (11) of 2008

Establishing the Dubai Aviation Corporation^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (11) of 2008 Establishing the Dubai Aviation Corporation (the “Original Law”),

Do hereby issue this Law.

Article (1)

Article (5) of the Original Law is hereby superseded by the following:

Article (5)

The capital of the DAC will be five hundred million Dirhams (AED 500,000,000.00) and will be fully paid by the Government.

Article (2)

This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
