Amending

Law No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai,

Do hereby issue this Law.

Article (1)

Article (18) of Law No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai is hereby superseded by the following:

Article (18)

1. All rights and obligations of Dubai Development and Investment Authority are hereby transferred to Tatweer Dubai LLC.

2. Decree No. (2) of 2002 Establishing the Dubai Development and Investment Authority is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other legislation will also be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law.

Article (2)

This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
