Executive Council Resolution No. (31) of 2020

Appointing the

Executive Chairman of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority^[1]

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai; and

Law No. (3) of 2020 Concerning the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre,

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Appointment of the Executive Chairman

Article (1)

Mr. Ahmed Sultan bin Sulayem is hereby appointed as Executive Chairman of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority.

Commencement and Publication

Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
