Executive Council Resolution No.
(36) of 2022
Extending
the Time Limit for Compliance by the Dubai Academic Health
Institution
and the Dubai Health Authority with
Law No. (13) of 2021 [1]

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive
Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
Law No. (6) of 2018 Concerning the Dubai Health
Authority and its amendments; and
Law No. (13) of 2021 Establishing the Dubai
Academic Health Institution,
Do hereby issue this Resolution.
The
time limit prescribed by the above-mentioned Law No. (13) of 2021 for compliance with the
provisions thereof is hereby extended for eight (8) months commencing on 20
January 2022 and ending on 20 September 2022.
This
Resolution comes into force on 20 January 2022, and will be published in the
Official Gazette.
