Approving Fees and Charges for the Services Provided by the Dubai Chambers^{^[1]}

The Board of Directors of the Dubai Chambers,

After perusal of:

Law No. (1) of 2022 Establishing the Dubai Chambers; and

Decree No. (5) of 2022 Forming the Board of Directors of the Dubai Chambers, and

Based on the approval of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Chambers at its meeting on 6 March 2024,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Fees and Service Charges

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees and charges for the services provided by the Dubai Chambers, as stated in Schedules (1) and (2) attached hereto, are approved.

Refund of the ATA Carnet Issuance Fee

Article (2)

a. Where an establishment withdraws its application for obtaining an ATA Carnet after the application is approved by the Dubai Chambers and before completion of the ATA Carnet issuance process, that establishment will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of the fee prescribed under Schedule (1) attached hereto.

b. The fee for issuing an ATA Carnet paid by an applicant will not be refunded where the establishment withdraws its application after the ATA Carnet issuance process is completed by the Dubai Chambers.

Payment of Fees and Charges

Article (3)

The fees and charges collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Dubai Chambers.

Commencement and Publication

Article (4)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
