Dubai Council for the
Security of Border Crossing

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law No. (1) of 2021
Establishing the Dubai Digital Authority;
Law No. (15) of
2021 Establishing the Dubai Council for the Security of Border Crossing Points (the “DCSBCP”); and
Decree No. (38) of
2021 Forming the Dubai Council for the Security of Border Crossing Points;
Do hereby issue this Decree.
The
Director General of the Dubai Digital Authority is hereby appointed as a member
to the DCSBCP formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (38) of
2021.
This
Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published
in the Official Gazette.
