Decree No. (37) of 2021

Appointing the Executive Chairman of the

Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (16) of 2021 Establishing the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority; and

Decree No. (36) of 2021 Appointing the Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, and

Based on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority,

Do hereby issue this Decree.

Appointment of the Executive Chairman

Article (1)

Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Zarouni is hereby appointed as Executive Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.

Publication and Commencement

Article (2)

This Decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on 1 January 2022.
