Decree No. (11) of 2021
Dissolving a Special Tribunal[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of
Dubai,
After perusal
of:
Law No. (13) of 2016 Concerning the Judicial Authorities in the
Emirate of Dubai; and
Decree No. (56) of 2009 Establishing a Special Tribunal to
Determine Cheque Disputes Related to Real Property Transactions,
Do hereby issue this Decree.
Pursuant to this Decree, the special tribunal formed pursuant to
the above-mentioned Decree No. (56) of 2009 is dissolved.
The complaints, applications, claims, and appeals that are being
heard by the effective date of this Decree by the tribunal formed pursuant to
the above-mentioned Decree No. (56) of 2009, and in respect of which no definitive judgement is rendered, will
be referred to the competent judicial entity as the case may be.
This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and
will be published in the Official Gazette.
