Approving the Charges and Modifying the Codes of

Health Services Provided by the Dubai Health Authority^{^[1]}

The Director General of the Dubai Health Authority,

After perusal of:

Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Law No. (32) of 2015 Concerning the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai;

Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw;

Law No. (6) of 2018 Concerning the Dubai Health Authority (the “DHA") and its amendments;

Decree No. (9) of 2012 Approving a Pricing Method for Dubai Health Authority Services;

Decree No. (2) of 2021 Appointing the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority;

Executive Council Resolution No. (18) of 2018 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Dubai Health Authority;

Executive Council Resolution No. (5) of 2021 Issuing the Implementing Bylaw of Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;

Executive Council Resolution No. (36) of 2022 Extending the Time Limit for Compliance by the Dubai Academic Health Institution and the Dubai Health Authority with Law No. (13) of 2021;

Administrative Resolution No. (35) of 2019 Approving the Charges for Health Services Provided by the Dubai Health Authority (the “Original Resolution”);

The Service Pricing Form Ref. (DOF/OUT/2021/0003030), approved by the Department of Finance and dated 9 December 2021, and

In accordance with work requirements,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Charges

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the charges for the laboratory tests conducted by the DHA, as stated in Schedule (1) attached hereto, are approved. These charges will be added to the schedule of charges approved under the Original Resolution.

Modification of Health Services Codes

Article (2)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the codes of the health services set forth in Schedule (2) attached to the Original Resolution will be changed to those set out in that schedule.

Implementation

Article (3)

All concerned organisational units of the DHA, each within its own powers, must take the necessary action to implement this Resolution.

Integration

Article (4)

This Resolution will form an integral part of the Original Resolution and will be read therewith.

Repeals

Article (5)

Any provision in any other administrative resolution is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

Commencement and Publication

Article (6)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
