Extending the Deadline for Preparing
and Approving the Schedules of
Fees, Violations, and Fines Relating
to
Law No. (5) of 2025 Concerning
Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai[1]

We,
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law
No. (5) of 2025 Concerning Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai; and
Resolution
No. (35) of 2025 Concerning the Fees, Violations, and Fines Relating to Law No.
(5) of 2025 Concerning Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai,
Do
hereby issue this Resolution.
The
deadline prescribed for finalising the drafting and approval of the schedules
of fees, violations, and fines relating to the above-mentioned Law No. (5) of
2025, as specified under the above-mentioned Resolution No. (35) of 2025, is
hereby extended for an additional period of six (6) months, commencing on 1
July 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026.
This
Resolution comes into force on 1 July 2026, and will be published in the
Official Gazette.
