Amending Executive Council Resolution No. (3) of 2009

Concerning the

Unified Fare for Public Transport in the Emirate of Dubai^{^[1]}

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Law No. (17) of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments;

Law No. (26) of 2023 Concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (3) of 2009 Concerning the Unified Fare for Public Transport in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Supersession of Violations and Fines Schedule

Article (1)

Schedule (3) Violations and Fines attached to the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (3) of 2009 is hereby superseded by the Schedule attached hereto.

Commencement and Publication

Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
