Concerning
Commissioner
Generals in the Emirate of Dubai[1]

We,
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law
No. (21) of 2021 Establishing the Dubai Council;
Decree
No. (35) of 2024 Forming the Dubai Council;
Resolution
No. (39) of 2021 Concerning the Commissioner General for the Infrastructure,
Urban Planning, and Well-being Pillar; and
The
January 4, 2020 Charter,
Do
hereby issue this Resolution.
Pursuant
to this Resolution, the title “Commissioner General” and the term “Development
Pillar” referred to in the January 4, 2020 Charter, are abolished.
The
above-mentioned Resolution No. (39) of 2021 is hereby repealed. Any provision
in any other legislation is also hereby repealed to the extent that it
contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.
This
Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be
published in the Official Gazette.
