Extending the Application of Decree No. (46) of 2022 Concerning the

End-of-Service Gratuity Management Scheme of

Employees in the Emirate of Dubai to Certain Entities[1]

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Decree No. (46) of 2022 Concerning the End-of-Service Gratuity Management Scheme of Employees in the Emirate of Dubai (the “Decree”),

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Entities Subject to the Decree

Article (1)

The following entities are hereby made subject to the above-mentioned Decree No. (46) of 2022:

1.    the Financial Audit Authority;

2.    the Expo City Dubai Authority;

3.    the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority;

4.    the Dubai Maritime Authority;

5.    the Dubai Ports Authority;

6.    the National Industries Park;

7.    the Dubai World Central Corporation;

8.    the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children;

9.    the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation;

10.  the Professional Communication Corporation (Nedaa);

11.  the UAE Water Aid Foundation (Suqia);

12.  the UAE Food Bank Foundation;

13.  the Dubai Supply Authority;

14.  the Dubai Petroleum Establishment;

15.  the Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award;

16.  the Dubai Chambers; and

17.  the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

Commencement and Publication

Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on 1 January 2026, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
