Executive
Council Resolution No. (12) of 2025
Concerning
the
Provision
of Accommodation for Workers
Employed
at Establishments in the Emirate of Dubai[1]

We,
Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of
the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
Federal
Law by Decree No. (33) of 2021 Regulating Labour Relations, its amendments, and
its Implementing Bylaw;
Law
No. (26) of 2023 Concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai; and
Ministerial
Resolution No. (44) of 2022 Concerning Occupational Health and Safety and Labour Accommodation, and its amendments,
Do
hereby issue this Resolution.
Establishments
licensed by the concerned commercial licensing authority in the Emirate that
employ fifty (50) or more Workers whose Wage is two thousand dirhams (AED
2,000.00) or less must provide accommodation for those workers.
All
Establishments to which this Resolution applies must comply with its provisions
within a period not exceeding one (1) year from its effective date. The
Executive Council may, where necessary, extend this period once for the same
period.
This
Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force
ninety (90) days after the date of its publication.
