Determining the Railway Violations
that
Require Issuing Warnings Prior to
Imposing Fines[1]

The
Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads
and Transport Authority,
After perusal of:
Law No. (17) of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport
Authority and its amendments;
Executive Council Resolution No. (1) of 2017 Regulating
Railways in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments; and
Administrative Resolution No. (462) of 2017 Determining the
Railway Violations that Require Issuing Warnings Prior to Imposing Fines,
Do hereby issue this Resolution.
The following violations, set out in the
Schedules attached to the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (1) of 2017 and its
amendments, require issuing written warnings prior to imposing fines:
1.
the violations set out in Items (3),
(4), and (5) of Schedule (5);
2.
the violations set out in Items (1),
(2), and (3) of Schedule (6), where the committed violation does not constitute
a serious hazard to the Railway Critical Zone or Protection Zone; and
3.
the violations set out in Items (9),
(10), (11), and (12) of Schedule (6).
The
above-mentioned Administrative Resolution No. (462) of 2017 is hereby repealed.
Any provision in any other administrative resolution will also be repealed to
the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.
This Resolution will be published in the
Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
