Forming the
Board of Directors
of the Investment Corporation of Dubai[1]

We, Mohammed bin
Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After
perusal of:
Law
No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai (the “ICD”)
and its amendments; and
Decree
No. (24) of 2020 Reconstituting the Board of Directors of the Investment
Corporation of Dubai,
Do hereby issue this Decree.
The Board of Directors of the ICD is hereby formed under the
chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Crown Prince of Dubai, and with the membership of:
1.
H.H.
Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as vice chairman;
2.
H.H.
Sheikh Ahmad bin Saeed Al Maktoum, as member;
3.
H.E.
Mohamed Hadi Al Hussaini, as member;
4.
H.E.
Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashimi, as member;
5.
H.E.
Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, as member;
6.
H.E.
Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, as member;
7.
H.E.
Abdul Rahman Saleh Al Saleh, as member, and
8.
Mr.
Helal Saeed Al Marri, as member.
Where the Board of Directors of the ICD is not reconstituted
upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in Article (1)
of this Decree, these members will continue to perform their duties until they
are reappointed or replaced by new members.
H.E. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani is hereby appointed as
Managing Director of the ICD.
This Decree comes into force
on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official
Gazette.
