Decree No. (5) of 2023

Amending Decree No. (25) of 2013 Concerning the

Event eLicensing and eTicketing System in the Emirate of Dubai^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (20) of 2021 Establishing the Department of Economy and Tourism in the Emirate of Dubai;

Decree No. (25) of 2013 Concerning the Event eLicensing and eTicketing System in the Emirate of Dubai; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (1) of 2015 Approving the Fees and Fines Prescribed for the Event eLicensing and eTicketing System in the Emirate of Dubai,

Do hereby issue this Decree.

Superseded Article

Article (1)

Article (12) of the above-mentioned Decree No. (25) of 2013 is hereby superseded by the following:

Fees

Article (12)

The DET will charge annual fees for subscription to the System, as determined pursuant to the relevant resolution of the Chairman of the Executive Council.

Commencement and Publication

Article (2)

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
