Resolution No. (01) of 2022

Approving the Names, Locations, Area, and Boundaries of

Free Zones within the Integrated Economic Zones[1]

The Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority,

After perusal of:

Law No. (16) of 2021 Establishing the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority; and

Decree No. (36) of 2021 Appointing the Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Locations, Boundaries, and Area of Free Zones

Article (1)

The locations, area, and boundaries of the free zones within the Integrated Economic Zones, as indicated in the plans attached to this Resolution, are hereby approved.

Approval of Names of Free Zones
Article (2)

The following names and plots of the free zones within the Integrated Economic Zones, and the boundaries and area of each free zone, are hereby approved:

1.    the Dubai International Airport Free Zone  located on Plot No. (2210157);

2.    the Dubai Silicon Oasis established on Plot No. (600-1137);

3.    the Dubai Commercity established on Plot No. (2150115); and

4.    DAFZA Industrial Park established on Plot No. (2480438).

 

Publication and Commencement

Article (3)

This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on 1 January 2022.
