We, Hamdan bin
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the
Executive Council,
After
perusal of:
Law No. (3) of 2003
Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
Decree No. (28) of 2015
Concerning Governance of the Boards and Committees Affiliated to the Government
of Dubai;
Executive Council Resolution
No. (18) of 2021 Forming the Supreme Urban Planning Committee in the Emirate of
Dubai;
Executive Council Resolution
No. (3) of 2022 Forming the Supreme Committee for Overseeing the Development of
Hatta Area; and
Executive
Council Resolution No. (43) of 2022 Approving the Organisational Structure of
the Dubai Municipality,
Do hereby issue this
Resolution.
The Executive Director of the
Planning and Governance Sector at the Dubai Municipality is hereby appointed as
a Member to the Supreme Urban Planning Committee in the Emirate of Dubai,
formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (18) of
2021, and to the Supreme Committee for Overseeing the Development of Hatta
Area, formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No.
(3) of 2022.
This Resolution comes into
force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official
Gazette.
