Prescribing the Dubai Frame Entry Ticket Price[1]

The Director General of the Dubai Municipality,
After perusal of:
Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the
Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the
Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw;
The Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai
Municipality;
Executive Council Resolution No. (48) of
2017 Approving the Government Service Costing Guide in the Emirate of Dubai;
Administrative Resolution No. (11) of
2020 Prescribing the Dubai Frame Entry Ticket Price; and
The approval of the Department of Finance
as per the letter dated 9 March 2021,
Does hereby issue
this Resolution.
1. The Dubai Frame entry tickets are hereby priced as stated in the Schedule attached to this Resolution.
2. The prices of purchase of Dubai Frame entry tickets through the official website of the Dubai Municipality will be discounted by fifteen percent (15%) during off-peak hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The following
categories are exempted from payment of the prices prescribed in
Article (1) of this Resolution:
1. children aged under three (3) years; and
2. any person with disability, and two (2) of his companions.
The entry ticket sale proceeds collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of
the Government of Dubai.
The above-mentioned
Administrative Resolution No. (11) of 2020 is hereby repealed.
The Director of the
Department of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at the Infrastructure
Services Sector must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units
at the Dubai Municipality, take the required action to ensure implementation of
this Resolution.
This Resolution
comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the
Official Gazette.

Category (1) From 20 to 10,000 Tickets: AED 46.00
per ticket. Tickets will be valid for single entry for five (5) months from
the date of purchase. -
Category (2) From 10,001 to 20,000 Tickets: AED
43.00 per ticket. Tickets will be valid for single entry for eight (8) months from the date of
purchase. -
Category (3) More than 20,000 Tickets: AED 40.00 per
ticket. Tickets will be valid for single entry for one (1) year from the date of
purchase. |
