After perusal of:
Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
Law No. (32) of 2015 Concerning the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai;
Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw;
Law No. (6) of 2018 Concerning the Dubai Health Authority (the “DHA") and its amendments;
Decree No. (9) of 2012 Approving a Pricing Method for the Services of the Dubai Health Authority;
Decree No. (2) of 2021 Appointing the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority;
Executive Council Resolution No. (18) of 2018 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Dubai Health Authority;
Executive Council Resolution No. (5) of 2021 Issuing the Implementing Bylaw of Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;
Executive Council Resolution No. (36) of 2022 Extending the Time Limit for Compliance by the Dubai Academic Health Institution and the Dubai Health Authority with the Provisions of Law No. (13) of 2021;
The services pricing form ref. (DOF/OUT/2021/0003030), approved by the Department of Finance and dated 09 December 2021, approving new charges by the DHA, and
In accordance with work requirements,
Does hereby issue this Resolution.
Pursuant to this Resolution, the charges for certain services of the DHA, as stated in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved.
All concerned organisational units of the DHA, each within its own powers, must take the necessary action to implement this Resolution.
Any provision in any other administrative resolution is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.
This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
