Approving
the Prices of Dubai Safari Park Entry Tickets and Packages[1]

The Director General
of the Dubai Municipality,
After perusal of:
Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services
in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the
Government of Dubai and its Implementing Bylaw;
The Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipality;
Executive Council Resolution No. (48) of 2017 Approving the
Government Service Costing Guide in the Emirate of Dubai;
Executive Council Resolution No. (15) of 2021 Approving the
Organisational Structure of the Dubai Municipality;
Administrative Resolution No. (213) of 2017 Prescribing the Dubai
Safari Park Entry Ticket Price;
Administrative Resolution No. (11) of 2020 Prescribing the Dubai
Frame Entry Ticket Price; and
Administrative Resolution No. (1) of 2021 Approving the
Government Service Costing Guide in the Emirate of Dubai, issued by the Director General of the
Department of Finance, and
Based on the Department of Finance approval letter dated 3 February
2021,
Does hereby issue this Resolution.
a.
Pursuant to this
Resolution, the prices of the Dubai Safari Park entry packages, set forth in Schedule (1) attached hereto, are approved.
b.
Dubai Safari Park
entry ticket prices will be discounted during the promotion periods set forth in Schedule (2) attached to
this Resolution.
c.
The prices referred
to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Article will apply during the Dubai Safari
Park operating periods determined by the Dubai Municipality.
d.
The value added tax applicable across the United
Arab Emirates will be added to
the prices prescribed by this Resolution.
The prices collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to
the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.
This Resolution will form an integral part of the above-mentioned
Resolution No. (213) of 2017 and will be read therewith.
The Director of the Department of Public Parks and Recreational
Facilities at the Infrastructure Services Sector of the Dubai Municipality
must, in coordination with the concerned organisational units of the Dubai
Municipality, take the required action to ensure implementation of this
Resolution.
This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued,
and will be published in the Official Gazette.

discount will be valid throughout the period of national occasion c. The
ticket will be valid for one-time entry

c.
festivals and events adopted in the Emirate of Dubai; and d.
national holidays and occasions of the expatriate
communities residing in the United Arab Emirates. |
