Reconstituting
the
Board
of Directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai[1]

We,
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law
No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai (the “ICD”)
and its amendments;
Decree
No. (28) of 2015 Concerning Governance of the Boards and Committees Affiliated
to the Government of Dubai; and
Decree
No. (30) of 2019 Forming the Board of Directors of the Investment Corporation
of Dubai,
Do
hereby issue this Decree.
a. The Board of
Directors formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (30) of 2019 is
hereby reconstituted under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and with the membership
of:
1. H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as vice chairman;
2.
H.H. Sheikh Ahmad
bin Saeed Al Maktoum, as member;
3.
H.E. Reem bint Ibrahim
Al Hashimi, as member;
4.
H.E. Sultan bin
Saeed Al Mansouri, as member;
5.
H.E. Mohammed
Ibrahim Al Shaibani, as member;
6.
H.E. Abdul Rahman
Saleh Al Saleh, as member;
7.
Mr. Mohamed Hadi Al
Hussaini, as member; and
8.
Mr. Helal Saeed Al
Marri, as member.
b. Where the Board of
Directors of the ICD is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership
of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will
continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new
members.
H.E.
Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani is hereby appointed as Managing Director of the
ICD.
This
Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published
in the Official Gazette.
