Repealing

Law No. (4) of 2001 Concerning Free Zones^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (1) of 2001 Establishing the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation; and

Law No. (4) of 2001 Concerning Free Zones,

Do hereby issue this Law.

Repeal

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Law, the above-mentioned Law No. (4) of 2001 Concerning Free Zones is repealed.

Commencement and Publication

Article (2)

This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
