Determining the Entry Fee for the Quranic Park Attractions [1]

The Director General of the Dubai Municipality,

After perusal of:

Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;

Decree No. (10) of 2018 Appointing the Director General of the Dubai Municipality;

The Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipality; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (48) of 2017 Approving the Government Service Costing Guide in the Emirate of Dubai, and

Based on the Department of Finance approval letter dated 24 June 2018,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Entry Fee
Article (1)

The entry fee for the Cave of Miracles and the Glass House at the Quranic Park of the Dubai Municipality will be ten Dirhams (AED 10.00) per person.

Fee Exemption
 Article (2)

The following categories will be exempt from payment of the fee prescribed in Article (1) of this Resolution:

1.    children under the age of three (3) years; and

2.    any person with disability, and two (2) of his companions.

Payment of Entry Fee Proceeds

Article (3)

The proceeds generated from collecting the fee prescribed pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

Repeals
Article (4)

Any provision in any other administrative resolution will be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

Commencement and Publication
Article (5)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
