Approving the Charges for Services

Provided by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services^[1]

The Executive Director of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services,

After perusal of:

Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Law No. (12) of 2015 Concerning the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services;

Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (12) of 2006 Appointing the Executive Director of the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Charges

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the charges for the services provided by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, as stated in Schedules (1), (2), and (3) attached hereto, are approved.

Payment of Charges

Article (2)

The charges collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

Repeals

Article (3)

Any provision in any other administrative resolution will be repealed to the extent that it contradicts this Resolution.

Commencement and Publication

Article (4)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.

Charges for Transporting Patients by Ambulance

Vehicles in Non-emergency Cases
