Concerning Pricing of Occupational Health Screening Services[1]

The Director General of the Dubai Health Authority,

After perusal of:

Law No. (13) of 2007 Establishing the Dubai Health Authority and its amendments;

Law No. (14) of 2014 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;

Decree No. (16) of 2015 Forming the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority;

Decree No. (21) of 2015 Appointing the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority to Perform the Duties of the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority; and

Administrative Resolution No. (148) of 2014 Concerning Health Service Fees; and

In accordance with work requirements,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Fees

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees set out in the Schedule attached hereto are approved.

Commencement

Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued. The concerned organisational units are hereby instructed to take the necessary action to implement the provisions hereof.
