Approving the Prices of Sale of

Nutritional Supplements at the Dubai Health Authority[1]

The Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the Dubai Health Authority,

After perusal of:

Law No. (13) of 2007 Establishing the Dubai Health Authority (the “DHA”) and its amendments;

Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;

Decree No. (9) of 2012 Approving a Pricing Method for Dubai Health Authority Services;

Decree No. (16) of 2015 Forming the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority;

Decree No. (21) of 2015 Appointing the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority to Perform the Duties of the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority;

Administrative Resolution No. (148) of 2014 Concerning Health Service Fees; and

The Department of Finance Letter Ref. (SSSS/FAD/BCS/CU/90), dated 14 August 2017, approving the prices of sale of blood units at the DHA,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Prices

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the prices of sale of nutritional supplements at the DHA, as stated in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved.

 

Commencement and Publication

Article (2)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
