The Director General of
the Dubai Health Authority,
After perusal of:
Law No. (13) of 2007 Establishing the Dubai Health Authority and its amendments;
Decree No. (9) of 2012 Approving a Pricing Method for Dubai Health Authority Services;
Decree No. (16) of 2015 Forming the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority;
Decree No. (21) of 2015 Appointing the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Health Authority to Perform the Duties of the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority; and
Administrative Resolution No. (148) of 2014 Concerning Health Service Fees; and
In
accordance with work requirements,
Does hereby issue this Resolution.
Pursuant to this Resolution, the prices of drugs at Dubai Health Authority pharmacies, as stated in the Schedule attached hereto, are approved.
This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued. The concerned organisational units are hereby instructed to take the required action to implement the provisions of this Resolution.
