Approving
Fees
for Services Provided by the Dubai Police[1]

We,
Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of
the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
The Dubai Police Law of 1966 and its
Implementing Bylaw No. (1) of 1984;
Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the
Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the
Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the
Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;
Decree No. (29) of 2015 Concerning
Impoundment of Vehicles in the Emirate of Dubai; and
Executive Council Resolution No. (5) of
2011 Prescribing Fees for Services Provided by the Dubai Police,
Do hereby issue
this Resolution.
a.
In
return for providing the services stated in the Schedule attached to this
Resolution, the Dubai Police will collect the fees indicated opposite each service.
b.
For
purposes of collecting the fees set forth in the Schedule referred to
in paragraph (a) of this Article, a part of a day will be rounded up to a full
day and a part of an hour will be rounded up to a full hour.
The fees collected pursuant to this
Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police will
issue the resolutions required for the implementation of this Resolution.
The above-mentioned Executive Council
Resolution No. (5) of 2011 is hereby repealed. Any provision in any other
resolution will also be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the
provisions of this Resolution.
This Resolution will be published in the
Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
