Resolution No. (7) of 2015

Forming the Board of Trustees of the

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Decree No. (13) of 1997 Establishing the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment (“MBRCHE”) and its amendments; and

Decree No. (13) of 2004 Forming the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charity and Humanitarian Establishment,

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Formation of the Board of Trustees

Article (1)

a.       The Board of Trustees of MBRCHE is hereby formed as follows:

1.       Mr. Mohammed Juma Al Naboodah, as chairman;

2.       Mr. Ibrahim Mohammed Bu Melha, as vice chairman;

3.       Mr. Nabeel Abdul Rahim Gargash, as member;

4.       Mr. Khalid Ali bin Zayed, as member;

5.       Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Tawhidi, as member; and

6.       Mr. Abdul Rahim Hussain Ahli, as member.

The membership of the Board of Trustees will be for a renewable term of three (3) years.

b.       Where the Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or replaced by new members.

Validity of Resolutions of the Former Board of Trustees

Article (2)

The resolutions passed by the former Board of Trustees of MBRCHE from 2 October 2006 until the effective date of this Resolution are deemed valid.

Commencement and Publication

Article (3)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
