Forming
the Board of Trustees of the
Dubai
Foundation for the Museum of the Future[1]

We, Mohammed
bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After
perusal of:
Law
No. (19) of 2015 Establishing the Museum of the Future,
Do hereby
issue this Decree.
a.
The
Board of Trustees of the Dubai Foundation for the Museum of the Future,
established pursuant to the above-mentioned Law No. (19) of 2015, is hereby
formed under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin
Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
and with the membership of:
1.
H.E.
Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, as vice chairman;
2.
H.E.
Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, as member;
3.
H.E.
Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, as member;
4.
Mrs.
Ohood Khalfan Al-Roumi, as member;
5.
Mr.
Ahmed Abdullah bin Bayat, as member;
6.
Mr.
Abdullah Ahmed Al Habbai, as member;
7.
Mr.
Hussain Nasser Lootah, as member;
8.
Major
General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina, as member;
9.
Mr.
Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, as member;
10. Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, as member;
11. Mr. Adel Ahmad Jawad Al Redha, as member; and
12. Mrs. Mona Faisal Al Gurg, as member.
The membership of the Board of Trustees will be for
a renewable term of three (3) years.
b.
Where
the Board of Trustees is not reconstituted upon expiry of the term of
membership of the members mentioned in paragraph (a) of this Article, these
members will continue to perform their duties until they are reappointed or
replaced by new members.
This Decree comes into force on
the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
