Decree No. (14) of 2015

Adding a Member to the

Board of Trustees of the British University in Dubai^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (5) of 2003 Establishing the British University in Dubai; and

Decree No. (7) of 2015 Forming the Board of Trustees of the British University in Dubai,

Do hereby issue this Decree.

Article (1)

A representative from the British Business Group is hereby added as a member of the Board of Trustees of the British University in Dubai formed pursuant to the above-mentioned Decree No. (7) of 2015.

Article (2)

This Decree comes into force on the effective date of the above-mentioned Decree No. (7) of 2015, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
