Amending
Law No. (2) of 1992 Concerning
Judicial Inspection[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler
of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law No. (2) of 1992 Concerning
Judicial Inspection (the “Original Law”); and
Law No. (6) of 1992
Establishing the Judicial Council and its amendments,
Do hereby issue this Law.
Article (3) of the Original Law is hereby superseded by the
following:
A Judicial Inspection Directorate is hereby established and
affiliated to the Judicial Council.
This Law comes into force on the day on which it is issued,
and will be published in the Official Gazette.
