Decree No. (45) of 2013

Appointing

Members to the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (26) of 2009 Establishing the Sectoral Committees of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai,

Do hereby issue this Decree.

Article (1)

The following members are hereby appointed to the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai:

1. Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security of the Emirate of Dubai; and

2. Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Chairman of the Social Development Committee of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai.

Article (2)

This Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
