Approving Fees of the

Roads and Transport Authority[1]

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

Law No. (17) of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority (the “RTA”);

Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai;

Law No. (35) of 2009 Concerning Management of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai and its amendments; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (8) of 2008 Establishing the Licensing Agency of the Roads and Transports Authority,

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Fees

Article (1)

Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees listed opposite each of the following services are approved by the RTA:

Issuance of an ownership certificate for a vehicle plate number

Issuance of a lost or damaged ownership certificate for a vehicle  plate number

100.00

Issuance of a number plate for a luxury vehicle, in accordance with the specifications approved by the RTA

500.00

4

Issuance of a number plate for a classic vehicle  manufactured more than thirty (30) years ago, in accordance with the specifications approved by the RTA

300.00

Payment of Fees

Article (2)

The fees collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

Publication and Commencement

Article (3)

This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
