Executive Council Resolution No. (35) of 2012
Approving the
Certificate of Good Conduct Fee Prescribed by the
Dubai Police General Headquarters[1]

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
Cabinet Resolution No. (4) of 2005 Introducing New
Fees for the Services Provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE
Representative Commissions in Foreign Countries;
The Dubai Police Law of 1966;
Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive
Council of the Emirate of Dubai.
Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of
Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai; and
Law No. (35) of 2009 Concerning Management of the
Public Funds of the Government of Dubai and its amendments,
Do hereby issue this Resolution.
The Dubai Police General Headquarters will charge
a fee for issuing certificates of good conduct as prescribed in the following
table:

The fee prescribed in Article (1) of this
Resolution may not be refunded where the Dubai Police General Headquarters does
not issue the applicant with the certificate of good conduct for any reason
whatsoever.
The fees collected pursuant to this Resolution
will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.
This Resolution will be published in the Official
Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
