Decree No. (46) of 2013
Forming the
Board of Directors of Dubai World Corporation[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law No. (3) of 2006
Establishing Dubai World Corporation and its amendments, hereinafter referred
to as the “Corporation”;
Decree No. (6) of 2010
Forming the Supreme Committee for the Supervision of Dubai World Corporation
and its Subsidiaries; and
Decree No. (23) of 2010
Forming the Board of Directors of Dubai World Corporation,
Do
hereby issue this Decree.
a. The board of directors of the Corporation will be formed
under the chairmanship of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum and with the membership
of:

The board of directors will be appointed for a renewable
term of three (3) years.
b. Where
the term of the board of directors of the Corporation mentioned in paragraph
(a) of this Article expires, and
the board is not re-formed, the directors will continue to perform their duties
until they are re-appointed or replaced by other directors.
The board of directors
of the Corporation formed pursuant to this Decree will have the duties and
powers assigned to it under the above-mentioned Decree No. (23) of 2010, and will
follow the procedures stipulated in the said decree with respect to convening its
meetings and its method of operation.
This Decree will come
into force on the day on which it is issued and will be published in the
Official Gazette.
