Amalgamating
Land into Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal of:
Law No. (1) of 2000 Concerning
Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone and its
amendments,
Do hereby issue this Decree.
a.
The following land plots, whose boundaries and areas are demarcated on
the maps attached to this Decree, will be amalgamated into Dubai Technology and
Media Free Zone established by the above mentioned Dubai Technology and Media
Free Zone Law No. (1) of 2000:

b.
The amalgamation of the land plots specified in paragraph (a) of this
Article will take effect on the date the plots are allocated to Dubai Technology
and Media Free Zone Authority, and all measures and procedures taken by the Authority
in such plots will be deemed valid as of that date.
The provisions of the above mentioned Dubai Technology and Media
Free Zone Law No. (1) of 2000 will apply within the land plots specified in paragraph
(a) of Article (1) of this Decree. The Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone
Authority will exercise, within these plots, the powers vested in it pursuant
to the above-mentioned Law.
This Decree comes into force on the day on
which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
