Transferring the

Ownership of Dubai International Airport Free Zone to the

Investment Corporation of Dubai^{^[1]}

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Law No. (2) of 1996 Establishing Dubai International Airport Free Zone and its amendments; and

Law No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai and its amendments,

Do hereby issue this Law.

Article (1)

Effective as of the date this Law comes into force, the ownership of Dubai International Airport Free Zone and all of its rights and obligations are hereby transferred from the Government of Dubai to the Investment Corporation of Dubai.

Article (2)

This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
