Supreme Fiscal Committee in the Emirate of

We,
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
After perusal
of:
Decree No. (24) of 2007 Forming the Supreme Fiscal
Committee in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments (the “Original Decree”),
Do
hereby issue this Decree.
Article
(1) of the Original Decree is hereby superseded by the following:
A
permanent committee named the “Supreme Fiscal Committee in the Emirate of
Dubai” is hereby formed in the Emirate of Dubai under the chairmanship of Sheikh
Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and with the membership of:
1. Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director of
His Highness the Ruler’s Court, as vice chairman;
2. Mr. Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani,
Secretary General of the Executive Council, as member;
3. Mr. Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director
General of the Department of Finance, as member; and
4. Mr. Abdul Aziz Rahma Al Muhairi, representative
of the Investment Corporation of Dubai, as member.
Article (2)
This
Decree comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published
in the Official Gazette.
