perusal of Decree No. (3) of 1989 Establishing DNATA International Travel Corporation and its amendments,
Law No.
(6) of 1997 Concerning Contracts of Government Departments in the Emirate of
Dubai,
Law No.
(27) of 2008 Transferring the Ownership of DNATA International Travel
Corporations and its Subsidiaries to the Investment Corporation of Dubai,
Decree
No. (36) of 2008 Amending Decree No. (3) of 1989 Establishing DNATA
International Travel Corporation and its amendments,
The Instructions
issued on 6 February 1988 Concerning Contracts concluded by the Government of
Dubai and its Departments and Corporations, and their amendments, and
The Instructions
Issued on 6 February 1988 Concerning Arbitration Clauses in Contracts concluded
by the Government of Dubai and its Departments and Corporations, and their
amendments,
Do hereby issue the
following Order:
DNATA International Travel
Corporation, the public corporations affiliated to it and companies in which it
holds shares shall be exempt from compliance with the provisions of Article
(36) and Article (37) of Law No. (6) of 1997 Concerning Contracts of Government
Departments in the Emirate of Dubai and the provisions of the Instructions
Issued on 6 February 1988 Concerning Contracts concluded by the Government of
Dubai and its Departments and Corporations, as amended on 15 March 1988, and the
Instructions Issued on 6 February 1988 Concerning Arbitration Clauses in
Contracts concluded by the Government of Dubai and its Departments and
Corporations, as amended on 15 March 1988.
This Order
shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day
on which it is published.
