Transferring the

Ownership of Dnata to the Investment Corporation of Dubai[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Decree No. (1) of 1987 Establishing Dnata and its amendments;

Decree No. (3) of 2005 Concerning Dnata; and

Law No. (11) of 2006 Establishing the Investment Corporation of Dubai and its amendments,

Do hereby issue this Law.

Article (1)

Effective as of the date this Law comes into force, the ownership of Dnata and all its rights and obligations will be transferred from the Government of Dubai to the Investment Corporation of Dubai.

Article (2)

This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force on the day on which it is published.
