Decree No. (37) of 2008

Appointing the

Chairman of Dnata World Travel Corporation^[1]

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

Decree No. (3) of 1989 Establishing Dnata World Travel Corporation and its amendments;

Decree No. (36) of 2008 Amending Decree No. (3) of 1989 Establishing Dnata World Travel Corporation; and

Law No. (27) of 2008 Transferring the Ownership of Dnata World Travel Corporation and its Subsidiaries to the Investment Corporation of Dubai,

Do hereby issue this Decree.

Article (1)

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum is hereby appointed as the Chairman of Dnata World Travel Corporation.

Article (2)

This Decree comes into force on 27 February 1989, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
