Amending Decree No. (10) of 1994
Concerning the Fees of the
Dubai Chamber of Commerce and
Industry[1]

We, Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
Ruler of Dubai,
After
perusal of:
Law No. (2) of
1975 Establishing the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its
amendments;
Decree No. (10)
of 1994 Concerning the Fees of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
Law No. (8) of
1997 Regulating the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the "DCCI"); and
The Dubai Chamber
of Commerce and Industry’s Board of Directors Resolution Concerning DCCI Membership
Fees, issued in its thirteenth (13th) meeting on 8 June of 1999,
Do
hereby issue this Decree.
Foreign
government representative offices; and offices and branches of
international and regional organisations, associations, and agencies are hereby
exempt from payment of the membership
fee set forth in Schedule (1) of the above-mentioned Decree No. (10) of 1994.
This Decree comes
into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the
Official Gazette.
